Passionate about Photography, Travel and People. I think these three are a perfect combination.

As both photographer and researcher, I am a true observer. I love to get to know people and places. To explore new cultures and landscapes. Not true my lens, but with my senses. When I feel the connection with my subject or the place, I take out my camera to capture the magic of that moment.

To me, the ultimate photo takes you on a journey. Makes you feel like you are getting to know new people and cultures. It makes you feel as if you are right there.

On many projects I work together with my partner Marleen Laverman. Together we make impact stories for NGO’s and socially conscious companies.
